Valentine Day treats

It's not everyone who gets a Valentine's treat with their puppy's face on it!  Mark ordered me M&M's with Sammy's face and they are the cutest.  Kelleigh got us each a candy rose and my girlfriend, Jen, gave me a hedgehog plate with cookies and a champagne/chocolate gift.

Hearts in the mail

Amidst creating wedding invitations I made a few Valentine's cards with a new chalkboard set of stamps from Taylored Expressions.  I white embossed them and just used some heart-shaped doilies I had.  The set is very versatile and one I'll use often.

We're enjoying beautiful 80+ degree days so returning to cooler, and rainier, ones is going to be hard.  I even have some birds creating a nest in my hanging plant - even they must think it's spring!

One of my favorite pieces of furniture is my "seasonal table".  Since February isn't too far off, I'm getting a head start on Valentine's Day decor.  I'd seen this heart wreath at Pier One and had to have it.  Some ribbon, a nail, and tada, it's perfect!
